Metsäliitto Group acquires from Tapiola Group 14.4% of the shares of its subsidiary Metsä Tissue

Metsäliitto Cooperative has acquired today shares of its subsidiary Metsä Tissue from Tapiola Group. Metsäliitto's holding in Metsä Tissue has previously been 56.1%, and the holding increases today by 14.4% being altogether 70.5%.
After the acquisition the ownership division of Metsä Tissue is as follows: Metsäliitto 70.5%, Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company 8.4%, the insurance company Sampo Life 6.1% and Jozef Antosík 15.0%.
