Finnforest ThermoWood® fence and window trims are produced from thermal modified Nordic pine. The wood has a good dimensional stability as its weather-resistant properties are excellent.
ThermoWood fence and window trims are perfect for creating a beautiful and inspiring appearance. Trims are a good way to create privacy either indoors or outdoors. They can be used as space dividers, pergolas or fitted around windows and other openings.
The stability of ThermoWood gives the trims a long life. To maintain the rich and depth of colour, its surface should be treated with natural pigmented wood oil or stain to protect the surface from sunlight and other weathering.
Finnforest offers all ThermoWood products with surface treatment, which prolongs the durability and resistance of the wood colour against weathering. The coat of paint has a uniform quality as the timber is coated industrially by a controlled process. Finnforest uses translucent stains with brown pigment close to the original ThermoWood colour.
Chemical-free ThermoWood can be recycled or burned for energy production at the end of its life cycle.
